Anytime CT3 CGM Continuous Glucose Monitoring System – Sensor

The Anytime CT3 continuous glucose monitoring system (CGM, Continuous Glucose Monitoring) enables real-time tracking of blood glucose levels 24 hours a day, anytime and anywhere. The device measures glucose levels (using a thin sensor electrode placed under the skin) in the interstitial fluid of subcutaneous tissue—that is, the glucose present in the fluid between cells. The sensor continuously measures glycemia, and the transmitter automatically (via Bluetooth) sends glucose concentration data every 3 minutes to the AnytimeWell smartphone app. The Anytime CT3 CGM system can be used by patients aged 18 years and older, regardless of diabetes type or treatment regimen.

The Anytime CT3 CGM system is intended to replace fingerstick blood glucose testing performed with a glucometer. It enables insulin dosing based on CGM readings. Please note that insulin dosing, for any CGM system, should be based on treatment guidelines provided by the attending physician.

COMPONENTS OF THE ANYTIME CT3 CGM SYSTEM

The Anytime CT3 CGM system consists of: a Sensor Applicator, a Transmitter, a Transmitter Charging Case, and Smartphone Apps.

Sensor Applicator

• The applicator (single-use) allows for painless placement of the sensor on the skin
• The sensor (single-use) provides up to 14 days of use
• Sensor shelf life: 1 year

Transmitter

• Reusable; 2-year service life
• Transmits data via Bluetooth to a free smartphone app
• Sends data every 3 minutes

Transmitter Charging Case

• Provides fast charging of the transmitter
• Charging session takes less than 1.5 hours

Smartphone Apps

• AnytimeWell: Designed for the patient. Enables ongoing glucose monitoring and displays current glycemic data every 3 minutes, providing 480 readings per day.
• AnytimeFollow: Designed for family members/caregivers and healthcare professionals. Using cloud-stored data, it enables real-time access to all patient data. The patient can invite up to 20 people to follow their Anytime CT3 CGM data.

*** MARD (Mean Absolute Relative Difference) is expressed as a percentage and represents the average absolute error between CGM values and reference values (venous blood glucose measured on a reference device). MARD is a measure of error—therefore, the lower the value, the more accurate the system. There is some controversy regarding the exact cutoff for accuracy; tests have shown that further reducing MARD to ≤10% relative to reference values provides limited additional benefit.
