- Overview.

- The Service acquires information about users and their behavior in the following way:
- Through information voluntary entered into the forms;
- Through cookies saved on end devices;
- Through gathering web server logs by Agave.pl, operating under the address agave.pl.

- The Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
- Apart from that, the Service may save information on connection parameters (time indication, IP address).
- Data on the form is shared with third parties only with the user’s consent.
- Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a particular form, e.g. to process a service request or establish commercial contact.

- Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of a Service User and intended to be used at Service websites. Cookies usually include the name of the website they originate from, end device storage time and a unique number.

- time of receiving an inquiry;

- name of customer’s station – identified by HTTP protocol;
- information on errors which occurred during the completion of a HTTP transaction;
- URL address of the website previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Service was accessed via a link;
- information on user’s browser;
- IP address information.
- The above-mentioned data is not associated with particular persons browsing websites.
- It is used only for the purposes of administering the server.
- Sharing data.
- The data is shared only with the entities described in section 7.4.The data that can be used to identify a natural person are shared only with the consent of that person.
- The operator may be obliged to share the information collected through the Service with authorized bodies pursuant to legitimate requests and within the scope of the request.

a. taking action at your request to provide an offer and conclude an agreement with the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
b. performing the agreement concluded with the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
c. marketing and promotion of the services provided by the Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
d. claiming receivables (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
e. meeting internal administrative purposes of the Controller, including statistical purposes (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities which process personal data on behalf of the Controller under Data Processing Agreement concluded with the Controller, i.e.:
Transfer of personal data to a third country:
a. The controller has the right to transfer your personal data necessary to perform the service agreement to a third country or an international organization (Google, Facebook, etc.). Google and Facebook have joined the privacy agreement between EU and US and pursuant to the decision IP/16/2016 of the European Commission dated 12 July 2016, the transfer of personal data to entities with their registered offices in the United States which have joined this agreement provides an appropriate level of personal data protection, pursuant to Article 45 of GDPR.
6. Your data will be processed within the scope of:
a. preparing the offer, concluding and performing the agreement concluded by you with the Controller – until the completion of the agreement, and after that for the period and within the scope required by law or to secure possible claims, and by tax law, as well as for five years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax liability arose, and in the case of granting consent to data processing following agreement expiry – until such consent is withdrawn;
b. direct marketing offered by the Controller – until you object to such processing;
c. internal administrative objectives, until the legitimate interests of the Controller constituting the basis of such processing are fulfilled or until you object to such processing.
7. Please be informed that you have the following rights: the right to access the data content, request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to data processing, request data portability and lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
8. If your data is processed based on the consent, you may withdraw it at any time, which does not affect the legality of data processing conducted before the withdrawal.

As the personal data controller, Genexo Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Gen. Zajączka 26, hereby informs you that personal data is processed for the purpose of:

- providing Genexo’s offer (after granting a separate consent to such action);
