  1. Overview.

    a. preparing the offer, concluding and performing the agreement concluded by you with the Controller – until the completion of the agreement, and after that for the period and within the scope required by law or to secure possible claims, and by tax law, as well as for five years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax liability arose, and in the case of granting consent to data processing following agreement expiry – until such consent is withdrawn;
